Everything is energy.  The clearing and aligning of our energetic field is essential to our well-being. 

I use Usui Reiki, Earth Evolution Reiki, IET, 13th octave LaHoChi, Jikiden Reiki and other attuned and cultivated energy frequencies to bring healing, calmness and clarity.

Flowers are the highest expression of each plant; and flower essence encapsulates the ‘soul’ of the expression for the subtle yet powerful medicine.  It shifts our subconscious mind for our conscious reality to take a leap towards our inner most purposes and desires.

Indigenous drum is a powerful instrument that creates reality.  The circle of the drum represents the Feminine, and the stick the Masculine -- together they give birth to a new frequency.

On a practical level, the sound of the indigenous drum is known to produce alpha and theta brain waves, which allows us to tap into the parts of our brain we usually don’t.  Some may call this subconscious and others call this dreamtime.  This is where we can shift the deeply ingrained pattern that cannot be changed by the conscious mind, or our will.

Drum journey can be offered for clients to tap into their innate wisdom to find answers, meet their spiritual, ancestral or animal guides, soul retrieval and past life regression.

There are challenges in our lives that could not be dealt with the resources we had at that time.  These unresolved challenges turn into our trauma, instead of the learned lessons that bear much nourishment.  In indigenous traditions, we call this our ‘soul losses’; we leave parts of ourselves in our past in order for us to survive.

Practice of soul retrieval involves indigenous drum sounds to take us into our subconscious mind, and to reclaim the parts of us that have been missing for us to become more whole.  This can be a viscerally immersive experience for powerful healing.

Past life regression work is done when the client is seeing a pattern in life that is not rooted in their own life experiences.  This pattern can be rooted in their past or ancestral lives, and we will journey into these lives to witness and heal these aspects.  This work incorporates the hypnotic journey of indigenous drum to enter into the subconscious, and may also include Soul Retrieval to complete the healing.

Contrary to what many believe, cord cutting is not about getting someone out of your life.  It is about severing a particular way of relating with someone, so there will be no energetic codependency.

There are many ways to achieve this work, including energetic healing.  Indigenous practice for cord cutting involves a more ceremonial approach where we declare our commitment to shift the pattern of energetic codependency in all the ways that exist.

Limpia means "to clean" in Spanish, and it includes many different methods and natural materials.  We use this work when the client is experiencing heavy emotions that are stuck in their energetic field allowing the experience to move through for integration, and for the lessons to emerge.  This work is exclusively done in-person only.

Taught by Rita Navarrete Perez of Mexico City, this is a powerful healing ritual utilizing the power of the nature to harness and awaken the immense power within. The session will take 2.5 - 3 hours, and flower essence session as a follow-up (90min) within a week is recommended for further integration of the work.

Rose has been used in many cultures across the globe for its powerful healing capabilities.  In this healing ritual taught by Mayan elder, Rita Navarrete Perez, fresh roses are used to cleanse and balance your energetic bodies, and excavate old emotional wounds that are ready to be worked through. 

Clients are asked to bring 1-2 dozens of roses, a journal & pen, and wear comfortable clothing.

We are all making choices, all the time.  Sometimes, it is overwhelming. Oracle card reading can support you in ‘seeing all the cards on the deck’, so you can make an informed decision based on where you actually are, physically mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually.  

Contrary to the movies and even some real life examples of ‘card readers’, I do not participate in the fortune and future telling of your life.  I am a firm believer that you need to be the one to live your life and I am here to support you in living the most authentic version of yourself, instead of telling you how to live yours.  Confirmation bias is a real thing, and you cannot unhear what you hear.  For this reason, I focus on revealing the truths that exist NOW for you to gain confidence in making certain decisions for yourself.

Card readings can also be used to identify how to create a healing plan for you by accessing what’s been causing pain and suffering below the surface.

Sometimes, we need a bit of a nudge to get things moving.  This nudge can be offered through the microdosing of sacred plant medicine.  I combine any of my offerings with microdosing if my client desires, and I assess it to be safe and beneficial.

I am humbled and honored to work with the wisdom of the plants in various ways.  Whether in flower essence, limpia, sacred smokes, or microdosing, every plant offering their lives is sacred on planet earth.

My personal belief is that the most important and profound medicine we need to tap into is ourselves. Contrary to the popular belief that these sacred plants are the special medicine and teacher, I choose to collaborate with the wisdom of the medicine to draw out the medicine inherent in my clients. 

As we work together in this way, my clients can remember to not be reliant on the outside sources, but rather to learn to remember the source is within just like these plants.

Originally started as month-long group microdosing ceremonies, I now offer a 4-week ceremonial coaching container of Spiritual Congruency with or without the plant medicine microdose.

This is a month-long Soul Retrieval process that allows clients to dive deep into the undesired patterns in their lives utilizing ritual, oracular wisdom, energy healing, journaling, coaching and soul retrieval.  Clients can choose to work with the additional wisdom of the plant medicine, or we can choose to simply dive into the inherent wisdom as is.

Many clients find profound realization and shifts from being in this sacred container.
