The Usui Reiki system was systemized in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui & Chujiro Hayashi in the late 1800’s. This "laying of hands” healing methods have been with humanity for thousands of years—and forgotten. Through Usui’s dedication to re-discovery of this truly universal healing method, the Usui Reiki method has become accessible to all.
The Usui sytem says that when one's "life force energy" or Qi is low, one is more likely to get sick and feel stress in the system. But, if it is high, one is more capable of feeling joyous and experience optimal health. Reiki has been effective in helping an array of illnesses and maladies and works well in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
Because of the reasons above, being certified in using Reiki is tremendously beneficial for everyone including: medical and therapeutic professionals, yoga and movement teachers, parents, or anyone who is interested in caring for others.
Earth Evolution Reiki: Energy Healing for the Harmonious Future
Humanity is experiencing a major shift right now. Different ancient cultures, mystics, and psychics have spoken and predicted this. The shift we are currently experiencing has been described as one that creates a fundamental shift in the way human beings experience reality. According to the Toltec tradition of Mesoamerica, the transition has been happening from the early 1990’s and is culminating in 2020 to usher in the new reality in 2021.
A few years ago, we were given a new energy healing symbol, which came to us from channeling during a trance-mediumship session. The specific instruction to practice using this symbol between the two masters, Manu Del Prete and Aki Hirata Baker was given, until further instruction would be received.
During the spring of 2019, there was a call to go into another channeling session, during which we have received the instruction to start sharing this specific information with students in the year 2020, as part of the tools for people to cope with and work with the energy of: the earth ascension.
This information was given to humanity from the counsel of the Ascended Reiki Masters; they have revealed that the practice of Reiki is ancient—older than anyone could record. The information revealed to Master Usui was a partial remembrance of what humanity once practiced, and there are many more Reiki symbols available for humanity in the future, when we will be ready.
There are stigmas around being empaths as disempowered and/or at the mercy of their environment, and being intuitive as ridiculous or crazy. The most common misconception is that intuition and psychic ability is given to a very few, or tapping into the unseen reality is something to be feared. We will shift this very notion in this course by offering information, practices and exercises with like-minded souls who will become your learning community.
This is offered for all energy healing and spirituality practitioners as a way to decolonize their practice for better efficacy and reducing harm, designed by Reiki Godmothers, Aki Hirata Baker and Manu Del Prete drawing from their years of teaching and practicing experiences.
Though energy healing practice is an ancient and modern day practice; education of energy healing is most often framed from a patriarchal and colonized perspective. This is not only an issue for the integrity of the practice, but also for the efficacy. As above, so below, and as within, so without; especially in the field of spirituality and energy healing, how things are framed within our psyche directly affects our practice.
